When entering the store there is a confrontation with a big wooden construction. This construction is designed to function as a stairway, but also a place where you can sit down and wonder through books.

This construction is designed to function as a stairway, but also a place where you can sit down and wonder through books. The chosen wood is OSB. To avoid wear and tear I have used tiles with a print of OSB from the brand 14oraitalia on the ground.

On the windows of the facade of the store you can read some quotes about books said by well known people, national and international.

On the ground floor you can find the wooden staircase which function as a stairway to the first floor, but also as a seating area where people can browse through books or listen to a guest speaker. It also function as a display for books.

On this floor people can escape between the bookcases to find the book they want. Kids can listen to a story in the kids corner.

The second floor accommodates a coffee corner where visitors can enjoy a good book with a beverage.
